Cliff Cabaness, a principal with Trinity, is also a licensed commercial realtor with over ten years of experience buying and selling commercial and multifamily property.  In 2006 and 2007, Cliff led the commercial real estate division of King Realty Group and was the #1 agent by volume closed in the Fort Smith region closing 30 transactions with total volume in excess of $50,000,000.  Further enhancing his expertise, Cliff is an experienced Real Estate Inspector, a licensed Real Estate Agent, a member of the National Association of Realtors, and a recipient of Awards of Excellence Diamond Destination in 2006 and 2007.  Cliff's professional knowledge and expertise gives him the ability to quickly identify the best buying and selling opportunities and make those properties available to Trinity Multifamily clients.
