Construction and Development

In 2006, John and Cliff helped form two new companies: Trinity Construction Group and Trinity Development.  Trinity Construction has built over $10,000,000 worth of construction primarily for Trinity Multifamily and its partners.  This also includes a $4,000,000 hotel in Conway, Arkansas built for Boulder Ridge Hotel, Inc., an LLC in which John and Cliff own majority interest.  Trinity Multifamily sold its interest to its other two partners late in 2007 to allow its remaining partners to focus on other clients; however, they are still the exclusive contractor for Trinity Multifamily.
