Microtel Inn & Suites - New Trinity venture for 2008

Trinity Development in conjunction with Trinity Construction has built a $4,000,000 economy class hotel in Conway, Arkansas for Boulder Ridge Hotels, LLC.  This is a new arena for Trinity, and it appears to be very lucrative with expectations of returns in excess of 50 percent cash on cash.  We have been blessed with an "A" Class location in a very hot market with 80 percent plus occupancy. Construction concluded summer of 2008.
